Kenzie's CLOSET makes high school prom dresses and related accessories available to students who can't afford them so that no young woman in Cincinnati will have to miss her prom because of family financial limitations.

The 4th Annual Bitter Bridesmaid Bash is September 16th!

The Bridal Studio will host the Fourth Annual Bitter Bridesmaid Bash to benefit Kenzie’s Closet on Thursday, September 16th from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in MainStrasse Village.

Wear your favorite retired bridesmaid/formal gown for a pub crawl through Covington’s MainStrasse Village. Onsite registration is from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at The Bridal Studio, located at 610 Main Street, Covington, Kentucky 41011. Participating MainStrasse bars will offer drink specials for participants from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Attendees will convene at 9:00 p.m. at Pachinko’s, located at 424 West 6th Street, Covington, Kentucky 41011, for raffle and event prizes such as “Best-Dressed”, “Best 80’s Gown”, “Largest Group of Matching Gowns” and many more. Gift bags will be distributed to participants.

Cost of admission is $10 or the donation of a bridesmaid gown for Kenzie’s Closet, all proceeds benefit Kenzie’s Closet.

Registration and donations can be made prior to the event at many area boutiques and businesses. Check with The Bridal Studio for more information.

Kenzie's CLOSET Founder is One of The Distinguished Women of The Year - 2009!

The idea for Kenzie's CLOSET was planted when Brynne Coletti discovered that one of her daughter's classmates at St. Ursula Academy would not be attending her prom because of the expense. Brynne anonymously provided resources to help that student, and the seed was planted for developing a program that would help many more girls. Brynne was honored earlier this year as one of the Cincinnati Enquirer's distinguished Women of the Year for giving back to the community and helping over 1,500 young women make their dreams a reality.
